As a result of COVID-19, we want to update you on how Personalized Pest Control is taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
We currently have cleaning protocols in place that involve using commercial grade germicidal cleaners, sanitizers and disinfectants in both the office setting and in all company vehicles. Because we use pesticides and other chemicals every day, our service technicians already utilize gloves and booties, as well as wash their hands after every job. These cleaning and safety protocols will continue to be part of our daily cleaning routine, which follows the same guidelines outlined by the CDC.
Personalized Pest Control is committed to keeping our services up and running as safely and efficiently as possible in order to meet your pest control needs. All services – lawn and shrub pest control, termite control, rodent control, bee/wasp elimination, spider and mosquito control, as well as general household pest control around your home – will continue as usual and on schedule (unless mandates from local, state, and federal guidelines dictate otherwise).
To minimize person to person contact and maintain safe “social distancing,” issues requiring inside service will be addressed and scheduled accordingly. Rest assured we will continue to adhere to all safety protocols during these interactions.
