Fleas and ticks are common pests in Southwest Florida and can thrive year-round in our sub-tropic climate. Because they can reproduce in as little of 2 weeks, the presence of any size flea or tick can be an indication of a serious infestation. Because these pests are difficult to see with the human eye, they often enter your home undetected and quickly spread. Effective flea and tick control requires two steps: treating your pets and treating the environment.
Keep your family and furry best friends safe from fleas and ticks. Personalized Pest Control will create a custom treatment plan to ensure that fleas in your home or business are eliminated.
Following the above guidelines will ensure that our technician is able to thoroughly treat the infested areas of the home. Personal items and/or clutter that remains on the floor or up against baseboards provide harborage for fleas while we are treating. To effectively control a flea/tick infestation, the chemical must be able to penetrate ALL areas of the dwelling.
In order to guarantee our work, both the pet and the environment must be treated. The absence of one of these treatments will not be effective in eliminating a flea or tick infestation.
Based on our professional evaluation of your property, a variety of ongoing service programs are available designed to treat and control the identified pest issue. These service programs offer treatment to the interior and/or exterior of the home. Common household pests requiring treatment may include ants, spiders, palmettos, earwigs, and silverfish. However, specialized treatment plans can be provided that target German roaches, Asian roaches, and other types of invasive pests that may require ongoing intensive service.
